Seller and Influencer Onboarding Intern (Female Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern (female preferred) to assist with the crucial process of onboarding new sellers—especially women entrepreneurs—and influencers to the Livsto platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for new users, guiding them through every stage of setup and helping them utilize the platform effectively. The intern will support both the seller and influencer onboarding journey, ensuring new users are empowered to succeed and become active community members.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with potential sellers and influencers to explain the benefits of joining Livsto and address initial queries.
  • Guide new sellers and influencers through the complete onboarding process, including account creation, profile setup, document verification, and initial platform navigation.
  • Finalize quotations and agreements, ensuring clear understanding and acceptance of terms and conditions.
  • Conduct training sessions for sellers on product listing, online store management, live selling scheduling, and use of the Livsto seller app.
  • Conduct training sessions for influencers on using the Livsto influencer app to host live sessions, interact with viewers, track metrics, and manage brand collaborations.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining training materials (FAQs, knowledge base articles, video tutorials) to streamline onboarding.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing communication with users.
  • Provide support in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the onboarding process and drive user adoption and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, user interactions, and feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software, platforms, and processes.
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric approach—comfortable assisting users with varying technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace for documentation and communication.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, social commerce, and/or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting entrepreneurs and creators, especially women in business.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with online meeting platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, and webinar software.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and contract management.

Experience Fresher

  • Open to current students or recent graduates; previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Exposure to customer-facing roles, onboarding, or community management is advantageous.

Environment

  • Location: Remote
  • Work Setting: Flexible; tasks may require scheduling sessions with users across various time zones.
  • Physical/Environmental Conditions: Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable device for virtual meetings and training.

Salary

  • Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month
