Bitrix24 Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bitrix24 Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Bitrix24 solutions that streamline business operations and enhance automation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to build scalable integrations, automate workflows, and ensure a seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and customize Bitrix24 solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between Bitrix24, CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable business insights.
• Configure and optimize workflows, automation rules, business processes, and triggers within Bitrix24.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
• Manage large-scale data synchronization, migration, and integration pipelines.
• Ensure system reliability, data security, user access controls, and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, extensions, webhooks, and REST API integrations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Bitrix24 implementation, customization, and administration.
• Strong expertise in Bitrix24 CRM, workflows, automation, and business process configuration.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience integrating CRM, ERP, accounting, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, synchronization, ETL processes, and database management.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Good understanding of data security, access management, and system performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
