The role involves driving sales, managing client<br /> relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team to<br /> achieve financial and operational targets.</div> <div>Key Skills &amp;<br /> Competencies</div> <div> Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading, and financial<br /> products.<br />  Business acumen with a target-driven approach.<br />  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br />  Strong client relationship management and advisory skills.<br />  Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.</div> <div>Qualifications &amp;<br /> Experience</div> <div> Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business,<br /> Economics, or a related field.<br />  Certifications: NISM Certifications (Series VIII - Equity<br /> Derivatives, Series V-A - Mutual Fund Distributors, etc.) are<br /> preferred.<br />  Experience: 15+ years in stockbroking, with at least 10+ years in<br /> a managerial role.</div> <div>Job Responsibility</div> <div>1. Business Development &amp; Revenue Growth<br />  Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue<br /> targets.<br />  Acquire new clients and expand the customer base through<br /> effective sales and marketing initiatives.<br />  Promote various financial products like equities, derivatives,<br /> mutual funds, IPOs, and wealth management services.<br />  Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to<br /> enhance branch profitability<br /> 2. Client Relationship Management<br />  Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI, retail, and<br /> institutional clients.<br />  Provide investment advice and solutions tailored to client needs.<br />  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address customer<br /> grievances efficiently.</div> <div>3. Team Leadership &amp; Performance Management.<br />  Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team, including Unit<br /> Managers Area Sales Managers, Relationship managers, dealers,<br /> and support staff.<br />  Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge<br /> and sales effectiveness.<br />  Set performance goals and monitor key performance indicators<br /> (KPIs).<br /> 4. Compliance &amp; Risk Management<br />  Ensure adherence to SEBI, stock exchange regulations, and<br /> internal company policies.<br />  Maintain proper records, KYC compliance, and regulatory<br /> reporting as per industry standards.<br />  Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential<br /> financial losses.<br /> 5.
