<div>Head – Revenue Assurance<br />
Grade VP<br />
LOCATION Malad Mumbai<br />
MAIN PURPOSE OF<br />
JOB</div>
<div>Develop and implementing strategies to ensure accurate revenue recognition<br />
and minimize revenue leakage.</div>
<div>JOB<br />
RESPONSIBLITIES</div>
<div>▪ Leadership and Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to<br />
enhance revenue collection, reduce leakage, and ensure compliance<br />
with regulatory standards for the Proprietary Channels, encompassing<br />
Agency, Direct Distribution, IM, Partner Office, Bancassurance and CAB.<br />
• Data Analysis: Analyse revenue data to identify trends, anomalies, and<br />
opportunities for improvement. Use data analytics/ predictive analytics<br />
to forecast revenue and support strategic decision-making.<br />
• Lead with data specific models for collections across different<br />
persistency buckets., with geography specific actions.<br />
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, underwriting, and operations<br />
teams to align processes and improve revenue management.<br />
Collaborate with IT to enhance systems that support revenue assurance<br />
efforts.<br />
• Process Improvement: Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue<br />
leakage through process evaluations. Develop and implement best<br />
practices for revenue assurance processes.<br />
• Risk Management: Performing risk assessments and investigations to<br />
proactively address potential revenue-related issues.<br />
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and<br />
internal policies related to revenue recognition. Monitor changes in<br />
regulations and update practices accordingly.<br />
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management on revenue<br />
assurance metrics and initiatives. Present findings and<br />
recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic improvements.<br />
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the revenue assurance team,<br />
fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide training and<br />
support to staff on revenue assurance practices.<br />
QUALIFICATIONS: ▪ Post Graduate from a premium institute<br />
WORK EXPERIENCE<br />
REQUIREMENT:</div>
<div>• 15 years’ experience in life insurance domain with a strong delivery<br />
performance in the renewals and persistency area.<br />
• Leadership and team management<br />
• Critical thinking and problem-solving<br />
• Proficient in financial reporting software and data analytics tools<br />
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset</div>
