Job Summary

As a Technical Lead, you will be pivotal in leading a team of developers specializing in .NET technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications.

• Mentor and train junior developers, contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem and implement them as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in developing web applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and best practices in web development.
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and AWS services.
• Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services including SQS, SNS, Cloudwatch, Event Bridge.
• Familiarity with GIT and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
