Job Description
Develop, customize, and
maintain SFRA-based Salesforce
Commerce Cloud solutions. 
 Work with controllers, models,
scripts, and ISML templates to enhance
backend functionality. 
 Develop custom business logic
for checkout, product management,
promotions, and user authentication. 
 Optimize SFCC pipelines and
scheduled jobs for better
performance. 
 Integrate SFCC with external
systems such as payment gateways,
CRM, ERP, OMS, and PIM. 
 Work with OCAPI (Open
Commerce API) and SCAPI (Shopper
API) for seamless data exchange. 
 Develop and manage custom
cartridges for extended functionalities. 
 Optimize caching strategies
(CDN, Page Caching, API Caching) for
improved performance. 
 Implement security best
practices to comply with PCI-DSS,
GDPR, and SFCC standards. 
 Debug and resolve performance
bottlenecks using SFCC logs and
monitoring tools. 
 Configure and maintain
Business Manager settings for catalog
management, promotions, and
customer data. 
 Manage and optimize SFCC
jobs, workflows, and business rules. 
 Deploy code across Sandbox,
Staging, and Production environments. 
 Debug and troubleshoot
production issues efficiently. 
 Work closely with frontend
developers for seamless integration. 
 Collaborate with QA teams to
ensure code quality and security

compliance. 
 Document technical
implementations, best practices, and
troubleshooting guides. 
Required Qualifications 
 2-3 years of hands-on
development experience in Salesforce
Commerce Cloud (SFCC). 
 Strong expertise in SFRA
(Storefront Reference Architecture)
development. 
 Proficiency in JavaScript,
Node.js, and SFCC-specific scripts
(ISML, controllers, models, and
scripts). 
 Experience with OCAPI, SCAPI,
and third-party API integrations. 
 Knowledge of custom
cartridges, jobs, and data
import/export. 
 Hands-on experience with
Commerce Cloud Digital (Business
Manager, Einstein, SFCC B2C
functionalities). 
 Understanding of eCommerce
workflows including catalog, checkout,
and order processing. 
 Experience with Cloud
deployment, Git-based version control,
and CI/CD pipelines. 
 Strong problem-solving skills
and ability to debug SFCC server-side
code. 
 Familiarity with agile
methodologies and working in a
collaborative environment.
