Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships through regular engagement—property updates, VIP briefings, and exceptional service.
  • Serve as the primary touchpoint for high-net-worth clients, responding promptly and proactively.
  • Deliver concierge-style property advisory: market trends, comparables, investment strategy, and bespoke recommendations.
  1. New Client Acquisition
  • Conduct targeted outreach, leveraging executive-level networks, referrals, and industry events to onboard HNI and UHNI clients.
  1. Strategic Consultation
  • Develop deep client profiles and property preferences via one-on-one consultations and data-driven insights.
  • Leverage Pin Click’s technology to anticipate client needs, offering highly curated property options.
  • Coordinate with developers and sales teams to offer early access to exclusive listings.
  1. Cross-functional Synergy
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns or events targeting the HNI/UHNI segment.
  • Work with operations, tech, and developer partners to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, repeat transactions, or referral generation.
  1. Performance Tracking
  • Establish and manage KPIs: new acquisitions, conversion rate, assets under advisement, client satisfaction, and referrals.
  • Generate periodic reports and strategic insights for leadership evaluation.
  • Monitor competitor offerings to continuously elevate Pin Click’s value proposition.
