<div>Job Title:</div> <div>Marketing &amp; Community Manager &ndash; Event Sales (Hyperlocal Marketing)</div> <div>Role Overview:</div> <div>You will be the face of Tribal Brew Coffee in the local community driving brand visibility, managing partnerships, and generating revenue through curated coffee events, pop-ups, and experiences. This role blends marketing, community building, and sales, with a strong focus on hyperlocal engagement to position Tribal Brew as the go-to specialty coffee brand.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> Community &amp; Brand Building</div> <div>* Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, caf&eacute;s, restaurants, and event planners.<br /> * Actively engage with hyperlocal communities (corporates, RWAs, gyms, boutiques, wedding planners, etc.) to create brand touchpoints.<br /> * Plan and execute community-focused campaigns (cupping sessions, workshops, collaborations).<br /> Event Sales &amp; Partnerships</div> <div>* Drive event bookings (corporate events, weddings, private parties, pop-ups).<br /> * Identify collaboration opportunities with venues, coworking spaces, and lifestyle brands.<br /> * Develop proposals, close deals, and achieve revenue targets from events.</div> <div>&nbsp;Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution</div> <div>* Create hyperlocal marketing campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, GMB, offline flyers, and in-store promotions).<br /> * Coordinate digital campaigns to funnel leads into event sales.<br /> * Oversee content creation showcasing TBC&rsquo;s roastery, coffee journey, and event offerings.</div> <div>Operations &amp; Experience</div> <div>* Ensure seamless execution of events, coordinating with the barista team and vendors.<br /> * Curate event menus (coffee &amp; snacks) and guest experiences.<br /> * Track performance metrics (event sales revenue, leads, ROI on campaigns).</div> <div>Required Skills:</div> <div>* Passion for coffee culture, F&amp;B or lifestyle brands.<br /> * Excellent networking and communication skills.<br /> * Knowledge of hyperlocal marketing strategies (online + offline).<br /> * Event planning and project management experience</div> <div>Performance Metrics (KPIs):</div> <div>* No. of leads generated per month (corporates, weddings, private events).<br /> * Event sales revenue per quarter.<br /> * No. of partnerships &amp; collaborations closed.<br /> * Growth in hyperlocal visibility (footfall, engagement, social reach).</div>
