Marketing & Community Manager – Event Sales (Hyperlocal Marketing)
Role Overview:
You will be the face of Tribal Brew Coffee in the local community driving brand visibility, managing partnerships, and generating revenue through curated coffee events, pop-ups, and experiences. This role blends marketing, community building, and sales, with a strong focus on hyperlocal engagement to position Tribal Brew as the go-to specialty coffee brand.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Brand Building

* Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, cafés, restaurants, and event planners.
* Actively engage with hyperlocal communities (corporates, RWAs, gyms, boutiques, wedding planners, etc.) to create brand touchpoints.
* Plan and execute community-focused campaigns (cupping sessions, workshops, collaborations).
Event Sales & Partnerships
* Actively engage with hyperlocal communities (corporates, RWAs, gyms, boutiques, wedding planners, etc.) to create brand touchpoints.
* Plan and execute community-focused campaigns (cupping sessions, workshops, collaborations).
Event Sales & Partnerships
* Drive event bookings (corporate events, weddings, private parties, pop-ups).
* Identify collaboration opportunities with venues, coworking spaces, and lifestyle brands.
* Develop proposals, close deals, and achieve revenue targets from events.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Create hyperlocal marketing campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, GMB, offline flyers, and in-store promotions).
* Coordinate digital campaigns to funnel leads into event sales.
* Oversee content creation showcasing TBC’s roastery, coffee journey, and event offerings.

Operations & Experience
* Ensure seamless execution of events, coordinating with the barista team and vendors.
* Curate event menus (coffee & snacks) and guest experiences.
* Track performance metrics (event sales revenue, leads, ROI on campaigns).

Required Skills:
* Passion for coffee culture, F&B or lifestyle brands.
* Excellent networking and communication skills.
* Knowledge of hyperlocal marketing strategies (online + offline).
