<div>Key Responsibilities. ● Finished Goods & Packaging Material Inventory Control – Oversee inventory of Finished Goods, Primary Packaging and Secondary packaging material (cartons, sleeves, etc.), ensuring proper tracking of inward, outward, and consumption data. ● Stock Count Coordination – Plan, coordinate, and participate in periodic physical stock counts for FG and packaging material; ensure counts are conducted at SKU & batch level and properly documented. ● Quantity Reconciliation – Perform monthly reconciliations between physical stock, warehouse records, and system data for FG and packaging material; investigate and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams. ● FG & Packaging Valuation & Ageing – Prepare monthly valuation workings for FG and packaging as per accounting and costing requirements; ensure timely and accurate reporting for month-end closure. ● Process Implementation & Improvement – Assist in implementing and improving FG and packaging inventory control processes, including movement recording, rejection/damage handling, and real-time data accuracy. ● Interdepartmental Coordination – Liaise with warehouse, production, quality, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth data flow and timely resolution of issues. ● Compliance & Documentation – Maintain proper documentation for stock movements, adjustments, and reconciliations to support internal controls, audits, and statutory compliance. ● Reporting – Generate periodic FG and packaging inventory reports, highlighting key variances, process gaps, and improvement suggestions. ● 3P Production Control – In case of production at 3P warehouses, ensure GRN is done in the system against PO, and maintain an accurate track of all 3P inwards and related ledgers in the system. ● Damage & Rejection Material Handling – Maintain proper tracking of damage and rejected FG/packaging material; coordinate with relevant teams for timely disposal/write-off; ensure correct accounting treatment and compliance with internal controls. Qualifications & Skills ● Inter CA / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) / Graduate with relevant manufacturing finance experience. ● 3-4 years of work experience in a manufacturing finance role. ● Working knowledge of Excel and ERP (preferably SAP). ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. ● Comfortable with factory visits and on-ground operational coordination.
