Job Summary

The KGS Cyber MSS (IDM Team) role is focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the Managed Services business unit. The position requires expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), specifically using CyberArk Privilege Cloud. The role is vital in securing and managing access to sensitive systems and data, delivering timely and high-quality work to support client environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a secondary administrator for CyberArk Privilege Cloud, contributing to deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the solution.
• Manage privileged accounts, including credential rotation, session management, and audit trails in adherence to organizational policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CyberArk Privilege Cloud performance and issues to ensure secure operations.
• Implement secure credential management practices, including vaulting and automated password rotation.
• Control access through Just-in-Time (JIT) access and Zero Standing Privilege strategies.
• Maintain detailed audit logs of all privileged access activities for compliance and forensic analysis.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
  • Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent; a post-graduation degree/diploma and certification in IAM products is advantageous.
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years in IAM, specifically in Privileged Access Management.
  • Proven experience of at least 60 months in CyberArk PAM, with specialized expertise in CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Data Protection Advisor (DPA), and Secure Configuration Assessment (SCA).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in CyberArk-PAM product.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Understanding of IAM solution design and configuration.
