Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to support and scale our influencer marketing initiatives across online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, coordinating BTL activations, and managing barter and paid collaborations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer ecosystem, has strong coordination skills, and wants to grow into a strategic role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Coordinate barter and paid collaborations end-to-end (outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking, delivery).

  • Assist in planning monthly influencer calendars.

  • Ensure timely content delivery and posting as per campaign timelines.

2. Online Campaign Management

  • Identify relevant influencers aligned with brand positioning.

  • Support performance-driven campaigns and affiliate collaborations.

  • Track campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

  • Maintain performance reports and campaign dashboards.

  • Work closely with content and performance marketing teams for amplification.

3. Offline & BTL Support

  • Assist in execution of BTL influencer activations, store launches, and brand events.

  • Coordinate influencer attendance and deliverables for offline initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth on-ground execution in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Support digital amplification of offline campaigns.

4. Relationship & Database Management

  • Build and maintain influencer databases.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with influencers and agencies.

  • Support negotiation for barter and paid deals within approved budgets.

  • Identify emerging creators and micro-influencers for seeding and scaling.

5. Creative & Brand Alignment

  • Share content briefs and ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines.

  • Review influencer content before posting to ensure quality and aesthetic alignment.

  • Bring fresh campaign ideas and trending formats to the team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (fashion/lifestyle preferred).

  • Experience handling barter and paid collaborations.

  • Exposure to both digital campaigns and offline/BTL activations is a plus.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Good understanding of Instagram and the creator ecosystem.

  • Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics.

  • Creative sensibility aligned with fashion and design-led brands.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
