Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Growth Product Manager who will lead high-impact initiatives aimed at driving measurable growth through experimentation, automation, and user-first design. This role will focus on AI-led growth, product-led growth, funnel optimization, and retention efforts, contributing significantly to our expansion across multiple geographies and product lines.
Responsibilities

AI-Led Growth
- Conceptualize and execute AI-driven initiatives targeting acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to operationalize AI opportunities enhancing key performance metrics.

Product-Led Growth (PLG)
- Develop value-added features promoting organic and self-sustaining user growth, such as Credit Score and Shareable Experiences.
- Design in-product engagement loops that promote activation, repeat usage, and long-term retention.
- Conduct controlled experiments to discover scalable PLG levers affecting top-of-funnel (TOFU), conversion, and engagement metrics.
- Work with Design and Marketing departments to ensure seamless user journeys throughout acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

Programmatic SEO
- Lead the strategy for programmatic SEO including framework design and scalable deployment.
- Develop systems for dynamic page creation, keyword clustering, and automated content generation to enhance organic traffic and authority.
- Continuously optimize landing-to-conversion rates via organic channels.

Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Own and improve end-to-end conversion metrics for web and app channels.
- Analyze and address funnel drop-offs using A/B testing and data-driven insights.

App Metrics – Retention & Engagement
- Be responsible for core app experience metrics including retention, daily active users (DAU/MAU), and engagement depth.
- Partner with Lifecycle and CRM teams to create targeted campaigns for reactivation and engagement.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Growth Product Management, preferably within fintech, consumer tech, or high-scale digital enterprises.
- Proven success in driving measurable growth via product-led and data-driven initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience with managing or implementing Marketing Technology (MarTech), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Content Management Systems (CMS), and communication platforms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics software.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about creating scalable, user-first products that drive meaningful impact.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO techniques.
- Experience in crafting engaging user journeys and optimizing user experiences.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Growth Product Management.
