Talent Acquisition Partner – Finance & Corporate Roles | GCC/Shared Services | Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned TA Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for Finance, Corporate, and Shared Services roles in a global environment. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on recruiter who can partner with HRBPs, leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand workforce needs and design talent strategies aligned to global goals.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: campaign planning, role scoping, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer management, and closure.

Actively source and build strong candidate pipelines through market research, digital platforms, and relationship management.

Lead multiple recruiting campaigns, including high-volume hiring, while leveraging social media and external search partners effectively.

Track hiring metrics, assess candidate quality, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Advocate for internal mobility by nurturing talent pools and enabling cross-organizational moves.

Contribute to the design and execution of innovative talent solutions and process enhancements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8-12 years of recruitment experience in global organizations, preferably across Finance/Corporate/Support functions.

Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, high-volume hiring, and digital/social media recruiting strategies.

Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
