Talent Acquisition Partner – Finance & Corporate Roles | GCC/Shared Services | Bangalore

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned TA Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for Finance, Corporate, and Shared Services roles in a global environment. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on recruiter who can partner with HRBPs, leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand workforce needs and design talent strategies aligned to global goals.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: campaign planning, role scoping, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer management, and closure.

  • Actively source and build strong candidate pipelines through market research, digital platforms, and relationship management.

  • Lead multiple recruiting campaigns, including high-volume hiring, while leveraging social media and external search partners effectively.

  • Track hiring metrics, assess candidate quality, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

  • Advocate for internal mobility by nurturing talent pools and enabling cross-organizational moves.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of innovative talent solutions and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8-12 years of recruitment experience in global organizations, preferably across Finance/Corporate/Support functions.

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, high-volume hiring, and digital/social media recruiting strategies.

  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with a customer-first, solutions-driven mindset.
