Job Title: Business Head– Group of Schools Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune Department: Leadership & Operations About the Company: WeareIndia's leading chain of K-12 schools, managing 125+ campuses nationwide. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Head– Group of Schools to oversee the P&L and operations of a zone comprising 4-15 schools. Job Summary: The Business Head– Group of Schools will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of operations, sales, and academics within their zone. This role demands strong business acumen, operational expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large teams. Prior experience in school operations is highly desirable. Roles & Responsibilities: LeadtheP&Lforazonecomprising 4-15 schools, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Overseeday-to-dayschool operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery. Lead,mentor,andmanage large cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and academics. Developandimplementstrategies to achieve student enrollment targets and retention goals. Ensurehighacademic standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitorkeyoperational, financial, and academic metrics to ensure zone-wide performance is aligned with organizational objectives. Collaboratewith central functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Curriculum) to implement policies, processes, and best practices across schools. Managerelationships with key stakeholders including parents, community leaders, and local authorities. Conductregular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Driveinnovation and implement initiatives to enhance the overall student and parent experience. Key Requirements: MBAfromatoptierinstitute Provenexperience in managing large educational operations, preferably across multiple schools or branches. Strongleadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams. Solidunderstanding of school operations, sales management, and academic processes. Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Priorexperience in handling K-12 school operations. ExposuretomanagingP&Landdriving revenue growth. Experienceworking in large educational chains or networks
