Job Summary

The Data Scientist in Advanced Analytics will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying AI/ML models, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI, ideally within the financial sector. This position is critical in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance analytical solutions that contribute to the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics models using AI and machine learning techniques.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific applications within conversational AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into business processes.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on financial datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and performance efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain model performance and make iterative improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in AI/ML, NLP, or Conversational AI development, preferably in financial domains.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) and associated fine-tuning techniques.
  • Strong background in Python, including hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Expertise in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using Python and its design patterns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Python Standard libraries such as Concurrent Execution, Multiprocessing, Subprocessing, and OS Services.
• Experience with financial datasets, regulatory reporting, or risk analytics is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional AI frameworks or libraries.
• Understanding of domain-specific regulatory considerations in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools for reporting insights.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in the financial domain or a related field.
