Product Manager – Growth & Engagement, Retention
Job Summary
We are seeking a sharp, driven Product Manager who is passionate about growth, engagement, and user retention. In this role, you will be responsible for building habit-forming products, analyzing user data, and driving strategies that increase user engagement and retention. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey, running data-driven experiments, and collaborating across teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for growth, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Design and implement features and strategies to improve user engagement, gamification, and retention.
- Analyze user data and behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate rapidly based on results.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product changes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or consumer-tech environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in growth, gamification, engagement, or retention-focused product areas.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, running experiments, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-performance teams or at top-tier institutions.
- Prior work experience in the fintech sector.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of behavioral psychology and habit-forming product design.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant product management experience.
- Background in B2C or consumer-tech product management, with a proven track record in driving user engagement and retention.
