Position Overview:
This role focuses on enhancing sales processes & strategizing for increased sales, working in close collaboration with the Sales Head. If you have hands-on experience in sales, process optimization, and problem-solving, along with an MBA, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate & automate internal sales processes for efficiency

Work closely with the Sales Head to devise and implement strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
* Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, offering insights to improve decision-making.
* Participate in strategic discussions and planning sessions to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify internal bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:

BBA / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred

Background in commercial vehicle financing a plus

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets & MS Office
