Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Wealth plays a crucial role in acquiring and managing High Net-worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients. This position focuses on building long-term relationships through financial advisory and wealth planning, driving revenue through cross-selling of investment products, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage High Net-worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients.
  • Build long-term relationships through financial advisory and wealth planning.
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling of investment and wealth products.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals and provide customized investment solutions.
  • Maintain and expand portfolio Assets Under Management (AUM) and liability relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Coordinate with product specialists and internal teams for client servicing.
  • Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 – 12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
  • Strong experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Existing HNI/UHNI client base is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and relationship-oriented approach.
  • Graduation is mandatory; MBA, PGDM, CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certifications are preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of various financial products including mutual funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), and structured products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

5 – 12 years of relevant experience in wealth management or a related field.

Environment

This role may require working in traditional office settings in major metropolitan areas, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad. The work environment emphasizes a client-focused approach and may involve travel for client meetings.
