Job Description:

As Head – Application and Data operations, you will play crucial role in Development, implementation & maintenance of various Business Applications. Meet report and analytical requirements. Collaboration with software development partners. Your expertise will be essential in driving operational excellence, optimizing application resources, and implementing best practices. Understanding of Asset management business is mandatory

Responsibilities:
 

1. 1. Primary contact point for application and data operations
   2. Develop and execute strategies for application and data operation
   3. Oversee Mobile and web application development, maintenance, enhancements and support to end users
   4. Proficiency in agile methodologies, application modernization (microservice/containerization)
   5. Good understanding of cloud native application platforms (AWS cloud)
   6. Collaborate and manage various technology partners
   7. Digital platforms - supporting marketing automation initiatives
   8. Development and maintenance of application Chatbot
   9. Implementation and management of Sales Force Automation application
   10. Development and maintenance of in-house application for various departments
   11. Excellent team and stakeholder management
   12. Set KPI's in-line with business vision and regular reviews with team
   13. Bring innovation and Centre-Of-Excellence in the team
   14. Improve operation with process mining and automation
   15. Change management and effective incident management skill
   16. Accountability of regulatory audit and compliance pertaining to application (SEBI)
   17. Budget allocation and tracking
       
        

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

2. Must have a minimum of 15-18 years’ experience in Application operations and strong understanding of asset management (AMC) operations , investor life cycle and related applications

3. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, database management and Web server management

4. Manage various internal and external audits specific to application domain

6. Strong knowledge of cloud services, such as virtual machines, load balancing, security, and monitoring
8. Good understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
9. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex application/data related issues
10. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
