Managing transaction execution with a consumer mindset. Work closely with business teams, functional experts (legal, tax, compliance etc) to enable primary and secondary PE transactions.

 

● Provide subject matter expertise across secretarial, legal, fundraising and matters related to

 

equity grants (ESOPs/SAR/RSUs)

 

● Working with cross-functional teams (tech/product/ business) helping them to embed

 

compliance processes and related documentation into products by breaking down the

 

transaction journey into granular steps.

 

● Manage in-house secretarial compliance and legal work streams.

 

● Implement and drive primary and secondary transaction operations through SOPs.
