Growth & Revenue Strategy Intern

Job Summary

The Growth & Revenue Strategy Intern will play a pivotal role in accelerating both top-line and bottom-line growth for the organization. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in market analysis, pricing strategies, revenue modeling, and financial forecasting. The intern will contribute to strategic decision-making by conducting comprehensive market studies, refining business models, and supporting financial planning activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and pricing studies focused on boarding, grooming, and pet cab services in tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
  • Refine and analyze revenue models, comparing fixed vs. variable, franchise vs. owned, and center vs. partner-led structures.
  • Develop and recommend dynamic pricing strategies, including discounting structures and service bundling options.
  • Assist in creating financial forecasts, including break-even analysis and Customer Acquisition Cost to Lifetime Value (CAC-LTV) modeling.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent research and data interpretation abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with market research tools and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Knowledge of the pet care or service industry.
  • Exposure to pricing strategy and revenue management concepts.
  • Proficiency in preparing business presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).

Experience

  • Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to freshers or recent graduates).
  • Relevant experience in internships, academic projects, or coursework related to business strategy, finance, or market analysis is a plus.

Salary

  • ₹300,000 – ₹500,000 per annum (internship stipend/salary).
