Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage day to day developments - New modules, change requests and backlogs. Ensure
timely delivery through development partners
• Manage risks - Perform impact analysis of proposed changes, Identify and eliminate
possible first and second order issues, debug issues and ensure data consistency. Implement
security controls as per recommendation of security team
• Requirement Elicitation - Documentation in form of user stories or Functional specifications
to capture user needs, in collaboration with users from other teams like – operations,
marketing, sales, and finance.
• Implementing and Managing Integrations-API based and custom integrations with third
party systems to create end-to-end digital process flows, with the CRM at the heart of it.
• Admin activities - On Salesforce and a cluster of surround systems that integrate with CRM,
including but not limited to Survey portal, payment Tech Portal, Whatsapp for Business
Portal etc
• Manage Stakeholder Expectations – Work on Reports and Dashboards , Periodic huddles
with business users, training functional users on new processes and modules as needed
MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• Minimum 3 years of experience of working as a application owner/manager and delivering
change requests, new functionality development, migrations and deployment for enterprise
applications like CRM, ERP or any other BPM (Business process management) application
• Strong in SQL and understanding of relational databases. Adept in working with large and
varied datasets for creating reports and dashboards
• Minimum 2 years of prior coding experience in languages like Java or .Net. With continued
proficiency
• Proven capability to design technical solutions to meet business needs, cutting across
multiple applications or requiring third party integrations
• Ability to control scope and drive clarity on requirements, simplify and optimise new
business requirements and identify logically conflicting or redundant processes and suggest
workarounds/alternative when required.
• Troubleshoot errors and implement suitable solutions in a timely manner.
• Active interest in Enterprise Architecture, System Thinking and Business Strategy.
• Keen on learning new skillset on SFDC/APEX and stay constantly updated on the platform’s
new tools, capabilities, and updates and influence adaptation of new functionality by the
broader team.
MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering in one of these areas Computer Science, IT, Data-
Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Preferred Master’s in one of these areas –Product management, Data Science and BI, Operations
Management, Business Analytics
