We are looking for a Platform Lead to help build and maintain our multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. In this hands-on role, you will ensure that our cloud environments are secure, reliable, and scalable, enabling our engineering teams to move fast and deliver impactful solutions. Location: Remote (India-based) Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. • Lead CI/CD and IaC initiatives, ensuring secure and repeatable deployments. • Architect container orchestration solutions with Kubernetes and cloud-native tools. • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for reliability and performance. • Drive cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives. • Mentor and guide junior engineers, reviewing architecture and code where needed. • Participate in incident response and lead post-mortems for platform improvements. Qualifications: o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field o 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering. o Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure in production environments. o Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM). o Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/AKS). o Strong background in CI/CD and automation scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). o Experience with cloud cost management, monitoring, and security best practices. o Familiarity with incident management and on-call processes.
