Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer plays a crucial role in designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This position is expected to leverage strong technical skills to enhance the ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless integration and effective management of business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications and scoped applications within the ServiceNow environment.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow security protocols, including Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, and compliance controls.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications such as SAP, Workday, Jira, and Azure.
• Create and optimize performance analytics, reporting, and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, platform maintenance, and automation efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, and UI frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and ServiceNow governance best practices.
• Experience with SharePoint Security protocols and compliance controls.
• Capable of hands-on platform maintenance and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in developing complex ServiceNow integrations.
