Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Python, GCP, and Cloud Security. This role is crucial for building and managing scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, implementing security best practices, and supporting multi-cloud operations across AWS and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning, scaling, and managing cloud resources.
• Automate system and application workflows using Python and shell scripting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Cloud Build for automated deployments.
• Implement cloud security controls, including IAM, VPC security, encryption, firewalls, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Support disaster recovery (DR) and backup strategies for business continuity.
• Document processes, automation scripts, and infrastructure designs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation/CloudWatch).
• Exposure to GCP services (GCE, GKE, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, Cloud Functions).
• Proven expertise with Terraform for cloud provisioning and automation.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python (preferred) and Shell/Bash.
• Good understanding of cloud networking (VPC, load balancers, DNS, VPN, NAT).
• Hands-on experience with cloud security practices (IAM policies, encryption, WAF, GuardDuty, audit logging).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS/GKE).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages related to automation.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.

Environment

• Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Bhupal, Ernakulam - Kerala.
• This position may involve a hybrid working environment, depending on company policy.
