Job Summary
We are searching for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Analyst to join Euler Motors, working in close collaboration with the Sales Head. This role focuses on enhancing sales processes, strategizing for increased sales, and overcoming operational challenges. If you have hands-on experience in sales, process optimization, and problem-solving, along with an MBA, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate internal processes, define them, and spearhead efforts to manage and automate them for increased efficiency.
- Provide operational support to the sales team, assisting them in achieving various targets and addressing operational challenges.
- Act as a problem-solving resource for the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify internal bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Sales Head to devise and implement strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, offering insights to improve decision-making.
- Participate in strategic discussions and planning sessions to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in sales process optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience in working with sales teams and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup culture, demonstrating tenacity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Skilled in data visualization tools.
