We’re looking for a dynamic leader with 10–15 years of experience in distribution-led sales, preferably from building materials, FMCD, paints, plumbing, or adhesives. The ideal candidate should have managed a business size of ₹150–200 Cr+, led large teams (10+), and handled both retail and B2B project sales. Strong distributor network experience, people leadership, and analytical skills are essential. Engineering background preferred; MBA desirable.
