Pega Marketing Support Specialist

Job Summary

This role is focused on providing L3 level support and development for the Pega Marketing framework. The candidate will contribute to ensuring optimal performance and problem resolution in a support capacity, leveraging their expertise in Pega and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 level support and troubleshooting for Pega Marketing and PRPC applications.
  • Develop and maintain Pega Marketing frameworks to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Execute basic SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of Pega and cloud services.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: 5-8 years in Pega Marketing or PRPC.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Pega Marketing or PRPC.
    • Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
    • Experience with L3 level support and development.
    • Basic knowledge of SQL for query execution.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional experience in cloud-based applications and platforms is a plus.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Pega Marketing and related support roles.
