Job Description
- Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct research on the temple tourism market, including popular pilgrimage destinations, travellers preferences, and competitor offerings. - Analyse market trends, customer demographics, and demand for temple tourism packages. 2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Identify and qualify potential agents, including travel agencies, tour operators, and online booking platforms, who can promote and sell temple tourism packages. - Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and referrals to generate leads and establish partnerships. 3. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with agents, providing them with support, information, and resources to facilitate sales of temple tourism packages. - Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Product Development and Customization: - Work closely with the product development team to create and refine temple tourism packages that cater to the needs and preferences of agents and their clients. - Customize packages to include visits to popular temples, religious ceremonies, cultural experiences, accommodation options, and transportation arrangements. 5. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for temple tourism packages. - Identify key selling points and unique value propositions to differentiate the company's offerings from competitors. 6. Presentation and Proposal Development: - Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to pitch temple tourism packages to agents. - Highlight the features, benefits, and experiences offered by the packages to persuade agents to promote and sell them to their clients. 7. Negotiation and Contract Management: - Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and commission structures with agents to secure partnerships and sales agreements. - Draft and finalize contracts, ensuring all parties' rights and obligations are clearly defined and agreed upon. 8. Training and Support: - Provide training and support to agents on the features, benefits, and selling points of temple tourism packages. - Offer guidance on marketing strategies, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help agents effectively promote and sell the packages. 9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track sales performance, revenue generation, and market feedback related to temple tourism packages. - Generate regular reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales efforts, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making. 10. Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences in temple tourism. - Continuously refine sales strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement tactics based on feedback and market insights.
