Job Summary

The Investment Banking Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firm's financial advisory and transaction services. The candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing pitch books, and assisting in deal execution processes. This role requires a high level of professionalism, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to contribute to the organization’s growth and client success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of potential clients and transactions.
• Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Perform due diligence and coordinate with various stakeholders involved in deals.
• Support senior team members in negotiations and deal structuring.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights relevant to ongoing and potential transactions.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI, Noida, 2022.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
• Good understanding of investment banking processes and transaction lifecycle.
• Educational qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant).
• Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of market trends and industry-specific financial practices.

Experience

• Approximately 3 months of current experience as an Investment Banking Associate.
• Prior experience in financial analysis, deal support, or related roles is preferred.

Salary

• Current salary: ₹ 31 Lacs.
• Expected salary: ₹ 60 Lacs.
