Job Summary

The Growth Product Manager will play a critical role in enhancing user experiences and optimizing conversion funnels within the Maximony platform. This position focuses on improving the consumer journey, driving growth experiments, and owning the features that enhance user engagement and retention. The individual will be expected to utilize data-driven insights to make impactful improvements that align with the organization's goals in the burgeoning FinTech space.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the consumer journey within the platform.
• Conduct experiments to improve the conversion funnel and user engagement.
• Own the development and enhancement of features to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map the customer journey and analyze user behavior.
• Leverage analytics to identify user drop-off points and optimize strategies for retention and conversion.
• Implement growth experiments to drive user acquisition and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2C context.
• FinTech Experience: Prior experience in the FinTech sector is preferred.
• Onboarding Funnels: Proven experience in developing and optimizing customer onboarding funnels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of user drop-offs and conversion optimization techniques.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Experience with mapping customer journeys to improve user experience.
• Startup Environment: Familiarity with the dynamics of early-stage or fast-growing startups.
• Experimentation: Comfortable with a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI-driven product development.
• Familiarity with personal finance products such as loans, tax optimization, insurance, and investments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing technology products.

Environment

• This position is onsite at the Noida (Electronic City) location.
• The workweek consists of 6 days, including Saturdays, to support early-stage growth initiatives.
