Job Summary
The Founder's Office Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of Roo AI by managing various functions, enhancing vendor relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives alongside the founder. This position focuses on operational execution and process improvement to ensure smooth daily operations, ultimately contributing to the company’s mission of helping families.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations and execution across various functions within the company.
- Manage accounts, invoices, payments, and operational documentation.
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendor and service-partner relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on strategy, problem-solving, and execution.
- Own cross-functional projects and work towards improving operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong detail orientation and high sense of ownership.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Comfort in tackling operational problem-solving challenges.
- Previous experience or internships in a similar operational role is a plus.
- Educational background in business management or related fields is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with vendor management and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools is an advantage.
Experience
- Relevant experience in operations or administrative roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Bangalore, specifically in the Bannerghatta area, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
Salary
The internship offers a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
