Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who will play a key role in developing and maintaining our web applications. This position focuses heavily on hands-on technical development while also requiring leadership capabilities as a Tech Lead. You will contribute to our technology initiatives, ensuring that all systems function efficiently and meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React with Redux and .NET WebAPI.
• Integrate with OpenAI APIs for advanced functionalities.
• Utilize Azure Service Bus and SignalR for communication and messaging solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in React and Redux for frontend development.
• Strong understanding of .NET WebAPI for creating robust backend services.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs integration.
• Familiarity with Azure Service Bus and SignalR for real-time communication.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a Tech Lead role or similar position.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
