<p>About the role</p> <p>Powerhouse91 is looking for a goal-oriented results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to handle the Amazon advertisement of our portfolio of brands. This role is a critical part of the overall growth team and will directly impact the long-term strategy, planning and growth milestones of our brands.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>This is a growth role with Amazon Marketing Services as the main lever in focus. This role is a combination of strategy and execution, and your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing our Amazon Account ads for our portfolio brands. This is a mid-senior management role where you&rsquo;ll have the freedom and ownership of different marketing related functional KPIs and will be working closely with the leadership team on planning and execution of high-level organizational goals. Your responsibilities include:</p> <p>● Hands-on campaign management and execution. Monitor daily and weekly trends, ACOS, TACOS, profit and spend.</p> <p>● Closely track organic rank and product wise share of voice. Correlate, predict and track organic rank &amp; revenue upliftment in sync with PPC marketing.</p> <p>● Collaborate with the overall growth team to share insights, develop tests, ensure PPC is aligned with topline and bottom-line goals, brainstorm ideas for growth, etc.</p> <p>● Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the Amazon and online shopping space.</p> <p>● Active participation in identifying new and improved processes to improve Amazon PPC performance and streamline campaign management</p> <p>● Analyze ASIN-wise performance in terms of sales, CTR, conversation rate, page views etc. Gather actionable insights and help perform root cause analysis for any fluctuations in revenue and overall marketing performance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What&rsquo;s in it for you</p> <p>● An exponential learning curve</p> <p>● Competitive pay as per the company norms</p> <p>● An opportunity to work directly with the founding team in building the future of E-commerce</p>
