Position Title : Assistant Manager-HR Education : MBA HR Experience Location Reports to : 5-8 years : Bangalore : Sr. Manager HR Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, with a particular focus on R&D talent (engineers, scientists, researchers, etc.) and IT, ensuring that hiring needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Develop innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent from both traditional and non-traditional sources, including universities, innovation hubs, and professional networks. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide input into hiring decisions. On boarding & Employee Experience: Design and implement a comprehensive on boarding program to ensure new hires have a seamless transition and feel welcomed into the company culture. Act as a primary point of contact for new employees, answering queries and facilitating their integration into the team. Performance Management: Lead performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, employee development, and motivation. Develop and maintain performance management systems that include regular feedback, coaching, and career development plans. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and other initiatives to maintain high levels of employee engagement and retention. Ensuring a healthy work environment that promotes work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive within the industry and align with the company's budget and goals. Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure compensation packages attract and retain top talent. Compliance & HR Administration: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Oversee HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide advice and guidance to leadership and employees on HR-related matters. Employee Development & Training: Work closely with Managers / Directors to identify skills gaps and training needs, designing programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth. Promote a culture of continuous learning, especially in technical and R&D disciplines. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, including resource allocation, succession planning, and talent development for key R&D roles. Provide HR insights and data to inform business decisions and optimize organizational effectiveness.
