Job Description: Associate-Revenue Operations Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our Revenue Operations team as an Assistant Manager-RevOps. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to handle various responsibilities, including RFP documentation, revenue leakage checks, and supporting revenue operations functions. We welcome candidates with up to one year of experience or freshers looking to develop their skills in revenue operations. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, presales, and finance, to prepare and manage RFP documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. • Conduct regular revenue leakage checks by analyzing sales data, contracts, and financial reports to identify and address potential revenue discrepancies or inefficiencies. • Support the revenue operations team in data analysis, reporting, and documentation tasks as needed. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to enhance RFP documentation templates and processes. • Maintain a central repository of RFP documents, contracts, and other revenue operations-related materials for easy access and reference. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Familiarity with RFP processes, including interpreting customer requirements and drafting comprehensive responses. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify revenue leakage risks, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic financial reporting concepts. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role. • Knowledge of revenue leakage prevention strategies and techniques. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and RFP automation tools. • Experience in data analysis and reporting. • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and tools.
