Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong Talent Acquisition orientation, where approximately 70% of the role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, and 30% on HR Business Partnering and core HR operations. The role will closely partner with business leaders to scale teams while strengthening people practices and employee experience.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive hiring through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, social media, and networks.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Meolaa as an employer of choice.
  • Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.

 

HR Business Partnering & Generalist Responsibilities (30%)

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation.

Performance & Engagement

  • Coordinate performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and salary structuring.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and Indian labor law compliance.

Learning, HR Operations & Analytics

  • Support L&D initiatives including training calendars and internal capability-building programs.
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards on hiring, attrition, and workforce metrics.
