About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience, backed by a solid article ship foundation in audit, tax, or finance. This role will involve end-to-end finance responsibilities, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and supporting internal controls.

Key Responsibilities: -

Financial Reporting: Support and present financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support organizational goals.

Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing any identified issues.

Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor and analyze cash flow, revenue projections, and financial performance to inform strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional development
