Job Summary

The Global Director of Digital and Technology at ZXY International is responsible for the definition, design, development, and deployment of the enterprise technical and business architecture. This role will lead the overall integration and customization of the existing technology landscape, as well as the identification, prioritization, and management of future digital innovation projects, contributing to the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the integration of ERP systems and other relevant digital technologies across all departments, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced productivity.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure the digital infrastructure is secure, resilient, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Manage cross-functional teams in the design and execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts to achieve favorable terms and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of digital best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading digital change initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing technology solutions across various business units/regions.
• Overall experience of 18-20 years, leading technology projects, with at least 5 years in leading large teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, digital innovation practices, and a track record of successful digital project delivery.
• Consistent professional development through trainings/certifications in emerging technologies.
• Education: B.Tech, with continuous professional development through added certifications. Qualification in Business transformation/CCMP/Prosci will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to multi-country/regionally diverse teams preferred.
• Experience in WFX ERP will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 18-20 years of overall experience in technology project leadership, with at least 5 years in managing large teams.

Environment

This position is a global role based in Bangalore, India. It may require travel (~10%) to other countries on a need basis.

Salary

The compensation (salary) for the role will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and competitively positioned vis-a-vis market benchmarks. The estimated salary range is ₹7,000,000.
