2 founder members
Current employees :: 11 senior positions, with this team looking at
expanding the next layer.
Same team had set-up Waterfield in 2014. Registered RIA with SEBI.
Boutique company of family Offices working very closely with all
customers, Only on retainership basis.
Manages close to USD 1bn in India, pure advisor
Position: Head – Ops & Service
Years of Experience : Min 15 years, hands-on experience in leading an
Operations and Service team at a wealth management, investment
advisory company
Reporting to : Co-Founders of Company Munish Randev, Rohit Karkera
(flat structure of organization)
Team size : 3 in Operations, 2 in Service (current size, may increase
to 3 ops & 3 service next year)
Key responsibilities and Tasks:· Head all of Operations & Service
• Process management – Complete ownership of processes, templates·
• Developing SOPs, process notes with a sharp focus on industry
developments & regulatory requirements·
• All client responsibilities starting with client onboarding, client
data onboarding, execution of transactions via physical executions &
MFU (MF Utilities platform)·
• Manage audit both for process & SEBI audit·
• Hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum System
• Knowledge of MF Utilities Platform will be an added advantage
• Since the company is a relative startup, the candidate will be hands
on with the requirements rather than just a ‘top management’ reporting
manager, should be able to roll-up the sleeves and support the team
Location : Mumbai.
Office: Around BKC area, we have 2 offices now in Mumbai, the service
and Ops team will sit out of BKC/ Kalina space
