Registered RIA with SEBI.<br /> Boutique company of family Offices working very closely with all<br /> customers, Only on retainership basis.<br /> Manages close to USD 1bn in India, pure advisor<br /> <br /> Position:  Head – Ops & Service<br /> Years of Experience : Min 15 years, hands-on experience in leading an<br /> Operations and Service team at a wealth management, investment<br /> advisory company<br /> Reporting to : Co-Founders of Company Munish Randev, Rohit Karkera<br /> (flat structure of organization)<br /> Team size : 3 in Operations, 2 in Service (current size, may increase<br /> to 3 ops & 3 service next year)<br /> Key responsibilities and Tasks:· Head all of Operations & Service<br /> • Process management – Complete ownership of processes, templates·<br /> • Developing SOPs, process notes with a sharp focus on industry<br /> developments & regulatory requirements·<br /> • All client responsibilities starting with client onboarding, client<br /> data onboarding, execution of transactions via physical executions &<br /> MFU (MF Utilities platform)·<br /> • Manage audit both for process & SEBI audit·<br /> • Hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum System<br /> • Knowledge of MF Utilities Platform will be an added advantage<br /> • Since the company is a relative startup, the candidate will be hands<br /> on with the requirements rather than just a ‘top management’ reporting<br /> manager, should be able to roll-up the sleeves and support the team<br /> Location : Mumbai.<br /> Office: Around BKC area, we have 2 offices now in Mumbai, the service<br /> and Ops team will sit out of BKC/ Kalina space
