Job Description
- Looking for an incumbent with 10–15 years of experience as a Senior Trader / Fund Manager in the Indian capital markets with mandatory CAT III AIF experience.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading equities & F&O strategies, overseeing algo development & backtesting, managing risk-aligned portfolios, and ensuring cost-efficient execution while actively managing ~₹2,000 Cr AUM.
- The incumbent must possess a good understanding of market microstructure, derivatives, algo execution/routing, and trading tools such as Python/R, Bloomberg EMSX, or Omnesys.
- It will report to the Managing Director & Head – Treasury, Bismillah Chowdhary
- Compensation: Fixed: 1.5 Cr and performance-based Variable Pay.
- Pool to be tapped: Candidates from CAT III AIFs, PMS firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading desks, and institutional asset managers with a demonstrated track record of alpha generation.
