JOB DESCRIPTION – ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE
● Roles & responsibilities:
● Responsible for managing all eCommerce platforms, websites and new business
● Manage ecommerce accounts with Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Instamart,
Blinkit, Zepto, Dunzo.
● Must be creative & passionate in growing product sales by using various strategies on
E-commerce portals.
● Strategize and plan to increase the ecommerce sales
● Forecasting and executing monthly/annual sales targets
● List and manage the entire catalogue end to end on all major marketplaces
● Preparing & uploading A+ Content with the help of info-graphics and Optimised SEO Rich
Content
● Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner while ensuring
excellent customer service
● Responsible for end-to-end E commerce operations
● Order management & processing and maintain order status
● Maintaining relationships with Channel Partners
● Inventory Allocations and Stock management
● Preferred candidate profile:
● Solid understanding of how online marketplaces operate.
● Should be able to work on Advance Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, concatenate etc.)
● Should have a good command of English language
● Should be a quick learner and have the ability to work under pressure.
