Job Description:

Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive WordPress Website Manager to join

our team in Bangalore. As the key owner of our website infrastructure, you will be

responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our corporate website. This

includes content updates, performance improvements, data tracking, and

implementing website changes based on business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and content side of

WordPress, is detail-oriented, and takes ownership of website performance and

content accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Website Management

●

Manage day-to-day website operations on WordPress.

●

Publish and update content (pages, blogs, banners, etc.) using Elementor or

other builders.

●

Ensure all links, forms, and navigation function properly across devices.

Data Logging & Tracking

●

Log all major website changes, deployments, and incidents.

●

Set up and maintain website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, T ag

Manager).

●

Monitor site traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths.

Performance & SEO Optimization

●

Run regular performance checks using tools like Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix,

and Lighthouse.

●

Optimize images, CSS/JS delivery, and implement caching strategies.

●

Ensure SEO best practices across metadata, structured data, and crawlability.

Plugin & Theme Management

●

Update and maintain plugins/themes without breaking the site.●

Manage staging and production environments for safe updates.

●

Troubleshoot conflicts and plugin issues effectively.

Security & Backup

●

Ensure the site is secure using plugins like Wordfence or similar.

●

Manage regular backups and maintain a rollback plan.

●

Monitor uptime and resolve downtime quickly.

What We’re Looking For

●

2–5 years of hands-on WordPress website management experience.

●

Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, Elementor, WPBakery, or similar visual

builders.

●

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP .

●

Experience with analytics, tag management, and SEO tools.

●

Prior experience working on content-heavy websites and implementing

on-page SEO.

●

Comfortable working with hosting dashboards (cPanel, Plesk, etc.) and

managing basic DNS configurations.

●

Attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.

Nice to Have

●

Exposure to WooCommerce or similar e-commerce plugins.

●

Experience with basic graphic tools (Figma, Canva, Photoshop).

●

Understanding of CDN setups and performance monitoring tools like

Cloudflare or New Relic.

●

Experience working in a cross-functional team with marketers, designers, and

developers.
