Financial strategy: Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.

Accounting: Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Intricate knowledge of Ind AS is desirable.

Internal controls: Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud.

Budgeting: Assisting or fully creating the budget, including incorporating historical data.
Cash flow management: Monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet

obligations and optimize investment.

Investor & Banking Relations Management: Building relationship with the investors & bankers and supporting with operations activities based on knowledge of the underlying business.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations.

Reporting and analysis: Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making . External reporting: Preparing company tax and financial statements.

Stakeholder management: Advising company managers on operations activities based on knowledge of the underlying business.

Non-trade purchases: Directly handling all commercial negotiations for non-trade purchases; thereby keeping maker-checker balance.

Note – working knowledge of secretarial requirements is desirable.
