Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business / Corporate Finance Lead to build financial visibility and clarity at a critical inflection point in our growth. The role will be instrumental in bringing discipline, structure, and data-driven decision-making into all aspects of our finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A and business finance background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in high-growth, capital-intensive environments. This is a high-impact individual contributor role to begin with, with the opportunity to build and lead a lean team as the business scales. Key Responsibilities ● Build and run a structured, real-time business finance and performance monitoring framework. ● Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for business units and projects. ● Provide ongoing visibility into financial and operational KPIs, supporting agile decision-making. ● Work closely with the Operations Finance and Analytics teams to extract, interpret, and represent large volumes of data. ● Lead financial reporting and internal review processes for leadership, investors and external stakeholders (bankers, diligence partners). ● Build cost tracking and allocation frameworks across fixed asset-heavy operations (CAPEX, amortization, depreciation, asset utilization). ● Create cadence and compliance in reporting and help institutionalize best practices in process and governance. ● Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and CFO on growth, capital deployment, and financial planning. ● Build a 1–2 member team over time to support data aggregation and analysis. Desired Experience & Skills ● 8–12 years of experience in Corporate/Business Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance roles. ● Strong exposure to capital-intensive and asset-heavy industries (automotive, logistics, fleet, infrastructure, renewables, etc.). ● Demonstrated experience in managing fixed asset models, costing, and financial control systems. ● Excellent understanding of financial planning, reporting cadence, and investor-level data preparation. ● Strong communication skills—able to collaborate across operations, analytics, leadership, and external stakeholders. ● Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to work through unstructured environments to build systems from scratch. ● Strategic mindset with operational comfort—can connect daily data to long-term decisions.
