Head - Underwriting :

· Looking for a candidate with more than 12+ years of relevant experience working in the underwriting space.
· The incumbent will be leading and directing the overall underwriting strategy, policy development, and operations across the product lines.
· The incumbent will be responsible to analyze and identify early and ongoing risk trends. Ability to develop changes to underwriting guidelines, as a result of trends, as needed
· Talent pool to tap: Doctors from Life Insurance Companies in India with relevant underwriting experience.
· Based out of Mumbai and reporting to COO - Lalitha Bhatia. The person will be leading a team of 9 doctors.
· Approximate Salary Range - Open basis candidate fitment.
