WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Build, manage, and train the buyer
experience/sales team across MMs
● Design systems + playbooks to drive best in
class conversion + NPS
● Collaborate with growth, pre-sales, and product
to refine the buyer journey end to end
● Co-own and drive sales metrics and targets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
● Sales leader - who can balance targets and
conversions with trust and experience (will talk
about NPS, trust as much as targets)
● Strong people manager with experience
building, coaching, and scaling sales teams
● Strong track record of problem solving and
PM-like capabilities
● 6+ years of experience
