Job Title: Operations & Purchase Executive
Location: Tribal Brew Coffee – mahalakshmi layout Central Unit & Outlets
Salary: Around 4lpa

Role Overview:
The Operations & Purchase Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, stock management, purchases, logistics, packaging, and facility upkeep to ensure smooth functioning of all Tribal Brew Coffee outlets and the central unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Inventory

Manage purchase of packaging materials, raw materials and other operational supplies.

Track stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate timely replenishment.

Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate for cost-efficient procurement.

Operations & Logistics

packaging processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Maintain accurate operational and delivery records.

Facility & Maintenance Management

Ensure all outlets and central units are well-maintained, clean and operational.

Monitor and manage electricity, water, and other essential utilities.

Coordinate routine maintenance of equipment, infrastructure and facilities.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on purchases, inventory

Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations, facility, and stock handling.

Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in operations, purchasing, logistics or similar roles (F&B/retail preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

Willingness to travel between outlets as needed.

Working Hours: 6-day work week, flexible shifts based on operational needs

Location: Based at the central unit, frequent outlet visits required
