Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Merchandiser to support inventory planning, stock allocation, and store merchandising across our growing offline retail network. The role will work closely with retail operations, planning, and store teams to ensure the right products are available at the right stores at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store-wise sales, inventory, and stock movement across offline stores.
• Support product allocation and replenishment planning to ensure optimum stock levels.
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving products and recommend stock transfers where required.
• Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock availability.
• Assist in planning inventory for new store openings and seasonal launches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports and performance dashboards.
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and inventory performance to improve sell-through and reduce stock-outs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Allocation, or Store Planning.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or retail brands preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and retail reporting.
• Understanding of inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations.
• Comfortable working with ERP, Point of Sale (POS), or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Apparel & Fashion Brands.
• Background in Retail Chains, D2C Consumer Brands, Footwear & Lifestyle Retail, and Department Stores.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in the retail merchandising and inventory planning field.
