Job Summary

This role is critical in supporting the infrastructure related to Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and other associated security technologies. The position focuses on ensuring effective configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco ISE deployments to align with organizational security policies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE deployments, including policy sets and authentication.
• Provide operational support, including configuration, health checks, and optimization for Cisco ISE.
• Analyze traffic using tools such as TCPdump and Wireshark to resolve issues.
• Implement and troubleshoot network configurations related to 802.1x, RADIUS, TACACS, and overall network security practices.
• Plan, deploy, integrate, upgrade, and monitor Cisco ISE and related security technologies.
• Manage changes to routing and security policies based on client compliance requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors to escalate issues and provide solutions for system defects.
• Handle upgrades and manage OS releases for networking devices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in network security, particularly with Cisco ISE.
• Proven experience with security protocols and technologies including F5, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), and Palo Alto firewall.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including VLANs, VPNs, and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in performance issue resolution.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, essential for team-based problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud security practices.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher would be an advantage.

Experience

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in network security with a focus on Cisco technologies.

Environment

• Work locations may include Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai.
• Candidates should be open to both remote and on-site opportunities.

Salary

• Estimated salary is 220K PM.
